GSOSW Customer Service Statement
GSOSW views providing a standard customer service experience as a priority for every staff member. We define customers as our members, the general community and our co-workers. Regardless of an individual’s role within the council, every interaction, process and action is infused with and motivated by our mission and Promise and Law. Girls are at the center of all we do. As our standard, we expect that our customer interactions are highlighted by a friendly response in a timely fashion (within two business days), with priority follow through and the sharing of factual information. We maintain the integrity of potentially confidential information and stay consistent with the council’s policies, procedures and practices. Interactions result in customers feeling satisfied that they have been heard, whether or not they receive the response for which they hoped.
